Refund And Policy

At Riwaaz, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Certain items such as sale/discounted items, accessories, or customized products are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective product issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the case.
