Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available (coming soon).

Shipping Costs

  • Canada-Wide Shipping: Flat rate of $25 CAD upto orders worth 99$ CAD. $10 CAD on orders over $100 CAD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details to monitor your package until delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

  • Riwaaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the package has been dispatched.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may need to bear reshipping charges.
